Booking and payment

When you book on this site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. The total shown before you confirm includes the nightly rate, fees and taxes for your dates.

Guests

Each Airstream sleeps up to 3 guests and the Mariposa RV sleeps up to 2. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

House rules

Minimum stays vary by unit and by date. The booking calendar shows the minimum for your dates before you book.

Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM.

Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Loud music is not allowed. Parties or events are only allowed with a full-property buyout and still follow these guidelines.

No smoking anywhere on the property.

Every site has its own propane fire pit. Wood fires are not allowed. Follow any fire restrictions we share.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with approval.

The herd, the land and safety

The 9 AM visit with Pearl the mini donkey and Lola and Lemon, our micro mini Highlands, is led by our team and starts with a quick safety hello on animal etiquette. Children stay with an adult. Please follow the instructions you are given and stay outside fences unless invited in.

This is a working rural property with natural ground, dirt roads, wildlife and changing weather. Please stay on trails and carry water. The old fire lookout structure on Penon Blanco Peak isn't open, but you can hike to the peak and get close.

Damage and liability

Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
